I have tried every way possible but, prices show incorrectly
This is what I am trying to do
USPS Priority Mail Rates- For all customers within the United States
1 Item- $5.95
2-3 items- $7.95
4-6 items- $9.95
7 -9 items- $11.95
Add $1.00 for each additional item
Airmail Rates to Canada
$6.00 for the 1st item, $2.00 each additional item
Airmail Rates Outside of the United States & Canada
$7.00 for the first item, $2.50 each additional item

Try using the manual shipping configuration. You set up your locations and define the country and state if needed. Then create a corresponding “shipping method” fr each Location. In the shipping method, you can set shipping prices based on items purchased as well as weight and cart total.
Open Shipping/Taxes in the admin and start working. Its actually very easy …but remember to setup a Location for each method and assign the location to each method. If you do not do this…you will always come up with “no shipping method is available for your zone”…or something like that.
