It seems like the fact you have ionCube loader installed on your server causes the problems with trial.
It looks like you have an older version of ionCube installed there and it tries to process the CS-Cart encoded files.
You should either reinstall the ionCube on your server using the latest decoding libraries or just to uninstall it completely.
