Today I was creating a new product for a vendor and I have submitted 2 images that I didn't check before submit them, they were 5000x5000 pixels. What happened? The add on Data Premoderation it´s giving me error 500. Is not allowing me to go to products in the vendor page and is not allowing me to access to the product in the Vendor administration products. I have no way to access to it and delete it.
Is there any way to delete this product, not using the regular process? Like through the server, files, etc? This is affecting the vendor because it cannot access to the products department and in my case is not allowing me to access to the products list in admin.
