Help:Nothing Imported from 2.2.5 to 3.0.4

my current website is 2.2.5 version,i followed official instructions to install 3.0.4 in a new directory,then trying to update from 2.2.5 to 3.0.4 through “store import”,but after 10 minutes loading,nothing happened to my new store of 3.0.4, no item, no order,no user,no product… nothing has been imported.



Does anyone have any suggestions? Both 2.2.5 and 3.0.4 are wroking well.Thank you.

I did the same thing.


  1. Installed fresh copy of 3.04 into new subdirectory
  2. HAd working front end and demo store front.
  3. Installed Store import add-on
  4. Ran store import and it started.
  5. I had the same thing as your picture above. After a while it went back to store import screen, but screen was still “loading”
  6. Did this process twice and second time left screen trying to load all night and nothing happened. Still in same spot.



    End results
  7. No store front, just white screen with error_occured.

    2, Back end comes up with just categories loaded, but cannot access products…get the same error_occured

    Not sure what else to try…

    i have asked official support to help me do the updation,they charge me 20 credits,and now it works.



    But sorry that i don`t know the reason.
