Is it possible to uppgrader only a database version 1.3. 4 - sp3 to 2.0.8 version? If Yes, how can I do?

You first need to upgrade to 1.3.5-sp4, you can upgrade to 2.0.8 using the upgrade package available in the file area of the Helpdesk.
