Help Desk Ticket System

Can anyone recommend a decent help desk/ticket system to be used internal aswell as online, I was looking at this addon below but latest versions arent supported. I am hoping to be able to assign tickets to different departments, such as despatch/picking/accounts etc

I have been considering this addon as well for various reason like the lack of privacy regarding emails. Email is by default not encrypted and while the ordering process at least has the benefit of the SSL the actual email correspondence does not
