Help Changing These Colours - Menu Hover

Hi guys

I've pretty much sorted this page now, CSS, layout etc of this page www.digitalsave.co.uk/mobiles

The only thing I can't seem to sort is the colour of the menu items when you hover over them. They turn a shade of light orange when I need them to turn blue. #9FE5FF is the hex I want them to change to.
