I was hoping that this wasn't the case. I have two carts. Mysite.com which is hosted on a USA server to bring in USA traffic and Mysite.co.uk which is hosted on a UK server to bring in UK traffic. Right now, I have to maintain both sites which is a pain. It would be nice to log into one interface and manager both sites. I see now that I'd have to use the same nameserver on mysite.com for mysite.co.uk for this to work and since that means I'm moving my UK site to a Uk server and fear that might effect ranking, I don't want to touch it.
