i am trying cs cart 2.8 guest checkout. i am not receive order mail…



any one tell me how to configure

are you running it locally? some local hosts have trouble using the mail() function

cs cart running online web server. i am using Cpanel… and i am trying cs cart demo take order i am not receive order mail…

are you sure it’s going through? check the order is appearing in the admin. also it sounds silly but double check you have entered your email address correctly and if so, check your junk folder.

i am check all mail but i am not receive any mail… can u check cs cart demo site… but order tracking working fine…

Also make sure in the admin area you have your order statuses set to “notify customer” or “notify orders dept.” I’m not sure if you are not receiving as a vendor or customer since you are testing.

actually i have a similar error - i dont receive order confirmation email but if i change the order to “completed” or “cancelled”, the email is sent without any problems.

open orders > order statuses > open > edit and choose notify customer
