i can’t find the checkbox in the group permissions to

let other adminstrators to have access in “Blocks”

Manage banners

Manage site layout

Manage sitemap

Select skins

View banners

That sounds like manage site layout might be the one.

For me not, neither in 2.0.15 nor in 2.1.1 installations!
