I just wanted to let everyone know, if you dont want to pay outrageous fees per month and would like to host on a shared hosting I've used and enjoyed using http://www.merchanthosting.net for sometime now. Great service and It seems to support my site more then enough. I have CSV files with over 100,000 products on them and I asked them to make changes to php.ini file so I can upload these files via import and they did it for me. I would not go any where else.

But yes, clicking the Hosting tab and having it come back with a Server Configuration Error is certainly not a good sign…
It did return the error quickly though! 
I was just simply trying to let people know that wanted to host cs-cart on a shared server that I have had great experience with them… Nothing more. It's hard these days to actually find a hosting company that cares about what you the customer want. Not whats most profitable from them… And thus far I have found they care about what I want and need for my business demands… Take it with a grain of salt or not I wouldn't go to any other host…
I think what Norman and I found funny (ironic) is that a hosting company generates a Server Misconfiguration error on their “Hosting” tab…
