I try to add google checkout as a new payment method. I could not find google checkout in the list.

I am using cs-cart 4.5.2. Is that normal?

This service is discontinued by Google in 2013 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Checkout). It was removed from CS-Cart since version 4.1.3
