John,

Unless someone else responds differently, my understanding is that both Google and PayPal Express payment methods have to be in the cart, prior to and not included with other payment methods. I have Amazon Payments and it is also the same way.

This is correct, by the terms of the agreement with Google Checkout, the button can only show on the cart page and not on the final payments page.

See 3B in the below guideline:

https://checkout.goo…r/policies.html

But i am seeing other website can have the google checkout button at the final checkout page. It is http://cheapssl.com/. (see attached file)

I want the google checkout button put at least after the shipping. Some of my customers can order before the shipping fee added to total. Please let me know how to fix that.

Because your neighbor robs the market on the corner doesn't mean that it's okay for you to do it.

You can either comply with the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up to use Google Checkout or you default on your contract with them. They will very quickly disable your account (freezing any money they are holding) if you are found not to be in compliance with the T&C's.
