Global options are a great feature.
I would like to see global option groups where within the group, option exceptions can be applied.
Currently, you add the global options to a product and then configure exception combination on a per product bases.
I have the same set of global options for 140 products with exactly the same conbination exceptions. If I add or possibly subtract one or more choices, I would have to go to each of the 140 products and adjust the exceptions.
Also, I did not see if CS-Cart indicates somewhere if the global option is linked or not. There should be an indicator next to the global option in the product configuration if it was copied or is it linked. Maybe I missed it. Only had the cart for a couple of days.

I have the same issue with regards to width-size combinations for boots
I need one global option for widths that has about 8 variants
and one global option for sizes that will have over 25 variants
and need to be able to define a different range of sizes for each width
these width-size combinations will apply to most boots within the catalog.
being able to set global exceptions or to be able to quickly copy a set of exceptions from product to product would be great
Does anybody know if there is any way to do this in the latest version of CS Cart?

Hi Bob Gloabl opttion can be applied as link when adding products or adding option to the bulk add products
