Currently if a customer uses a gift certificate to make a purchase, the order confirmation that the vendor receives does not reflect this - and this confuses the vendor because the order total does not include the value. They think there is a mistake in the calculation of the order total.
How can we reflect that a gift certificate (and its value) have been applied to the order and have it appear in their order notification?
