I’m facing some issues with the Gift Certificate template.
I’ve managed to add the tpl file and select it when creating the gift certificate.
So far, I’ve been able to select the template to use for gift certificates. See image below:
When I preview the Gift Certificate, the correct template is chosen and loaded successfully.
However when I send the Gift Certificate to the customer, by checking “Notify Customer” checkbox, the template that the customer sees in his/her email is the default CSCart template.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I might be missing a step to make the template work correctly?
