I created a coupon code but this code is not woking in gift certificate input field, throws invalid error, how can i make gift certificate accept either promo code or gift certificate, thanks

Please make sure that the GC has the Active status

It's active but the promocode is saying invalid on the cart or checkout page

When i disable GC the promocode works normally

It is required to examine issue on your server. Coupons should work with GC field on Checkout page
