Getting HTTP 500 Error on installing an add-on.

The 500 error is only on the add on page of the backend so it isn't the end of the world but does anyone know how to uninstall this via database / FTP?

Hello!

If you change status to "D" for the particular add-on in the cscart_addons table in the database, the add-on will be disabled.

Thanks for the info - I have taken a look and I cab't actually see the add on listed in the database.

It is the PayPal Marketing Solutions add on and can see nothing that matches that name in the db - Checked descriptions in the cscart_addon_descriptions table as well to try to find any matches.

Is it possible it failed to install as it was incompatible with my version and so didn't add to db?

If so how would you recommend I fix my 500 error.

Did you check error logs?
