maybe this is stupid question, but I am wondering how can I get full access to administration panel, since guy who install cs-cart for me is not available any more, my login ID is on the 1 place in users panel, but I only have access to adding products and managing site pages and similar… Here is a pic of home page in administrator panel.
It is not on english but you can get the point…
