Hey all,
I can’t get an answer to my ticket and it’s getting desperate.
I’ve been using CS-Cart for years and suggested it to a client at my new place of work.
We bought a full pro license and I’ve been setting it up ready for launch on Monday.
However, when I went to start on the final skinning and setting up I found I couldn’t get into the admin area.
When I tried to remind myself of the password (as it was saying it’s no longer valid) it told me the 30 day trial had expired .
But this is a fully paid license like my 2 other ones and we have all the receipt and bank proof to show it was paid for.
Can anyone let us know what’s going on as we’re looking like chumps to our clients and it’s getting desperate.

ps. It’s licensed to the clients domain but the store has been installed into “/store”. Would this even effect the license?

Same problem here. All I did was upgrade to the newest release this morning. I sent a trouble ticket to cs-cart but no reply so far.
Happened to me too but CS-Cart fixed it when I gave them FTP access through support.

Uhm, so what caused the problem?
same problem here and this comes up for many of our customesr carts, we emailed cs cart yesterday and they told us it's fixed but it's coming up for several other carts today
To have this problem crop up is pathetic. As with all DRM, it's us paying customers that are inconvienced

Why not just remove the license key from the store?
Gahhhh just found this. My second server is doing this and need to update. Taking out the license key didn't do anything. Looks like a night to upgrade. So annoying.
