Full Width 1200 Not Working

My dev site here has been upgraded to 4.3 from 3.06.

The width of the site is only showing as 1178, and the image I uploaded ..the one that say 7 day express turn round, has been cretaed at 1200 but has been resized. Can anyone tell me why the site is not displaying at 1200 width please, before I carry on and create all the graphics etc

my be my laptop then though it is widescreen and I have plenty space left
