Friendly Seo Url For Vendor Products

Hi,

I'm trying to create the categories for the products. CS cart has an standard SEO addon.

You can choose the categorie, product, page url name structure.

We checked

Language in url: Yes

One url for al languages: No

Latin symbol: No

But when our vendors create the same product then you will get urls like this.

http://www.domainname.com/nl/kraamcadeau/beer-met-voetjes-geborduurd/

http://www.domainname.com/nl/kraamcadeau/beer-met-voetjes-geborduurd-nl/

http://www.domainname.com/nl/kraamcadeau/beer-met-voetjes-geborduurd-nl-2/

Is there a way to create for each product an better url. Like the name of the vendor in the url?

Unfortunately it is not possible. It is required to rework the built-in seo module

For one of our customers we added product code to the end of the URL

I meant sku, it can be added before or after product name at your choice

So you get: www.store.com/categorie/subcategorie/sku/productname ?

Is this SEO friendly? Also,if the vendor does not fill out an sku than you will get the old urls, right?

I have found an addon who can create automatic sku's.

So than it will be unique for each url.

Is the product id not possible in the url? That's unique or is that to complicated?
