i've got some complaint message from my customer because he / her can't continue to checkout after he / her select shipping method and this is not the first time it's occur
when i ask he / her to refresh his / her browser, sometimes it work again, but sometime it's not
is there any solution for this problem?

Please check whether there are any HTML blocks on the checkout page and disable them if there are any.
