Hello everyone,
I am having troubles establishing a free shipping rate, while allowing for the customer to select whether or not if they want expedited shipping.
If I set the product to free shipping, all shipping methods are no longer visible.
If I set up a shipping method with a 0.00 absolute value of shipping, its does not appear while the expedited shipping methods appear.
Is there any words of advice?
Does anyone else have something similar?

Scratch that, I figured it out.
You have to establish a cost dependency in your shipping method.
Select Location:
Add cost dependency
More than $0.01 with a rate value set to 0 [Absolute]
