I mainly ship to UK for free on certain smaller items however when I ship to the EU there is a compulsary fee no matter how big or small the order is however when someone buys items marked with “FREE” delivery it will set EU shipping for free also is there anyway I can set it so that no matter if a item is marked as FREE DELIVERY it still charges them if its being shipped anywhere but the UK?
