I have been trying to get free shipping on all of our products, but not sure how to do this. I tried a few things to do manual but it does not show up when i try to check out. Any ideas?

Have you tried setting “Free shipping” on all your products? This should assure that no shipping will be charged. You can use the mass edit feature change all the products at once.
