The cart promotion show that they have been awarded Free shipping, but is still charges shipping. I use UPS real-time calculations for all shipping. I have tried to add a free shipping method and use cost dependencies greater than 99.99 Absolute 0. I have to enter a value for under 99.99. That defeats the real-time UPS shipping. Just don't understand.[/font][/color][/size]

If you are offering free shipping why use UPS calculations? You should create a new shipping method called Free Shipping and go from there.
I tried that It offers Free Shipping to Every One. Using the Manual calculation and placing a value for 99.99 and greater of 0. Then the 0-99.99 have a value of 0 and everyone gets free shipping. How do you do Real time shipping with a Free shipping method?
