Free Shipping not showing up at checkout

I need some help. I recently updated CS-Cart and I am running:



[color=#000000][font=Times][size=1]CS-Cart: version [/size][/font][/color]3.0.5 PROFESSIONAL



BUT all of a sudden the free shipping option does not come up during checkout. I created a free shipping method for the continental USA that was working before. It said for any total more than $45 (which is work since our minimum is $50) to charge “0”. I even tried entering “0.00” or “0.01” and it saves but the checkout only shows the other paid options.



Is this an issue with the update? I'm confused. Do we set up shipping a different way now.

Unfortunately, we have not experienced such a problem after upgrading CS-Cart to version 3.0.5. The problem requires the examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
