Free Shipping Method Not Shown

Hello,

I have many customers that live near and they prefer picking up their products from our store. So, I configured a free shipping method as explained in the documents, but this shipping method does not show up in the shipping options. It is configured for two locations where there are other two shipping options configured. Those two appear in the shipping options list, but not the 'customer pickup' (free shipping) option. I don't know what to do..

Sure! I have read everything I found, but couldn't find a solution. That's why I wrote here.
