Does checking “free shipping” on the product set-up page override the suppliers normal shipping method? I have an item that is setup on a suplier that normally uses realtime USPS. I checked Free Shipping as a promo, but noticed it is still charging shipping. Ideas?
It works properly for me - when “Free shipping” is checked on the product no shipping is calculated in the cart (this is for a single item).
Do you have multiple items in the cart? Are they from different suppliers? We need more information.
