I have a number of Cart promotions that are applied based on subtotal.
All promotions except free shipping has the Stop other rules applied.
1 - Free Shipping - priority 0
2 - 5% Discount - priority 200
3 - 10% Discount - priority 199
4 - 15% Discount - priority 198
When a subtotal is reached free shipping is applied, then once another subtotal is reached a discount rate is applied and free shipping should be removed based on priority, which is does get removed.
However, once the second promotion is applied, the user is unable to recalculate the shipping costs.
It still only allows free shipping.
Have i set this up wrong, or is this a bug?
Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately, I have failed to reproduce the same issue in my local CS-Cart installation. We would like to examine settings of your promotions in more detail. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your CS-Cart admin panel by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that our technical support engineer could examine the issue.

Have you received a reply, or have they corrected the problem from Support? I am having the same problem with cart promotions. They are giving free shipping regardless the priorities and stopping other promotions.
