Fixing Menu Bar Appearance

Hello,

Does anyone know how to fix this issue I'm facing with my menu bar shown in the screenshots below?

The first tab 'Home' has rounded corners. The end tab 'Bespoke Design' shows a small grey bar on the right hand side as if another menu option should be shown after it. The bespoke design tab is the last option on the menu and needs to have rounded corners like the the first tab.

Have you tried use css pseudo classes like :last-child to achieve what you want?
