Feedback: There Is No Way To Contact Sales Without Opening A Help Deskticket?

I am amazed that there is no way to contact the CS Cart sales channel - I tried the "Contact us" form and ended up in the Help Desk - which then locked me out as I've not used the system since set up in 2017 & the "reset password" routine failed to send an email.

To make matters worse the Help Desk suggested I needed to purchase support credit to talk to the sales department!!!!

This must be costing a lot of business as I can find no way to contact the sales team at all.

Very frustrating for an existing customer!
