The built-in FedEx module's Freight services need to be updated. It is missing the following services:
The options currently in the module (1Day Freight, 2Day Freight, 3Day Freight, FedEx Freight and FedEx National Freight) are outdated and have been replaced by the options I listed above. Some of the old options will map to the new services, while several options won't work at all. Even the ones that do map to a new service will not quote based on account holder discounts, only retail rates. You can't pull a correct rate, based on account based discounts currently, no matter what you do.
Also, there should be a way for the customer to select lift gate service and residential delivery during the quote process. Lift gate service is about $75 extra and residential delivery can be hundreds of dollars more. These are things that have to be addressed in order to provide accurate freight quotes. Without them, the shipping module is relatively useless.

Any update on this? I noticed that the ticket was closed in the bug tracker too, but with no update. This really is a major problem for US customers.
