For years, shippingkit.com offered a FedEx shipping label maker that could take my customer's shipping address and my FedEx account details to create a shipping label to print off on my thermal printer. It was quick, easy and great.
Last year, when FedEx switched how others (like a shopping cart) could communicate with fedex.com, the addon from shippingkit.com stopped working.
I have spent the past 2 years trying to find an alternative with no luck. I have had some that would work one week and stop working the next. Nothing has been reliable, day in and day out.
I need some help please.
Can anybody recommend a 3rd party shipping model that generates FedEx labels. I need it to simply generate a label and add the tracking number to the customer's order.
Domestic labels are a must. Foreign or international would be a great luxury.
I am running [color=#000000]CS-CART: version [/color]2.2.1 PROFESSIONAL
We're using the same FedEx label generator, albeit for 3.0.3 without issues.
Time for an upgrade I would assume, doubt you'll find support for 2.2.1 versions regardless.
Although we don't process our shipments directly through the cart, this may be an attractive option to those that do.

ShipRush isn't terrible but it's a bit buggy. I find myself having to reopen it and close it several times in order for it to pop up.
Plus when it runs it does not import the customer's email address, phone number, etc. A lot of details have to entered by hand which is frustrating.
ShipRush for CS-Cart is a Totally Free version and was recenty released, so I would think that is pretty hard to beat, and if there are bugs they will most likely get them fixed as Z-Firm is a top notch organization.
