Fatal error mainbox.tpl.php on line 41

Hi,



After adding third product I have the info:



Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /var/compiled/admin/%%E4^E42^E4252AD1%%mainbox.tpl.php on line 41



Any suggestions?

Try clearing your cache. Use your-admin-name.php?cc



Of course replace your-admin-name with whatever your admin is.



Most of the time errors having to deal with the compiled folder just have to do with the cache so if you clear your cache, they usually go away.

Hi,



I made two things:

First, I've imported all products from my old shop (ver. 2.1.4)

Second, I've cleared the cache as you wrote.



Now, so far, it's working.

I'm getting this some problem, it was since the last update when ever i try to add a products to a promotion or add an item to do a search on it i keep getting this error. I have cleared the catch but still the same. I have contacted the help desk they tell me its a bug and that they are working on it. Its been a few days and i still haven't heard any thing back from them so i'm not holding my breath.

I met the error like you after I upgraded to 2.2.4. Even clean the compiled and the cache folder are useless…

Y have same problem thith that promotion after y update to 2.2.4. I think is the import problem. I delete all my store and i tray thit 1 product and work, after import - work, not work after y do 1 change to product( modifi suplies).

Please check this bug fix at CS-Cart's Bug Tracker.



You need to clear your CS-Cart cache and your browser cache also.
