is there an already made FAQ page or tab that can just be edited, or do i just have to make one myself through categories?

You can just make one out of the html block or you could use the Knowledge Base Addon where you can fully manage the questions / articles - Sno
That addon seems pretty nice but the boss dont want to spend alot more money right now so ill have to hold on ffrom that for now, so the only other way is to i guess make a block for html and create it myself?
i did find out i could make a category named FAQ and as a sub category have the questions, and when they click on the sub category they will get the answer.

I would just make a simple html block and set it wherever you want it displayed - Sno
