CS-Cart Version: 3.0.6 Hosting: reseller account hostgator linux

Over the last month, we have received several orders from the same person and they are fake orders.

The say processed but when I look at the order, under payment processor, it says this:

Payment processor response: (TESTMODE) This transaction has been approved.

I checked our authorize.net payment method and it's set to live mode.

How can someone process an order via test mode on a live store with the payment method set to live mode? Is there a url string to do this? Is there a way to prevent it?
