I have a specific kind of products which require extra freight expenses which dependi on the location to which they will be delivered and their weight.
I cant find the way to make it. Can anyone help ?

You can do that by adding another location with the specific place, and then you setup the shipping costs as usualy (weight depending), and additionaly you put cost dependancy variables.
So you put over 1 euro value for the freight costs you want for that specific location with the specific Shipping method you just opnenned.
Cs-cart then adds up the the weight dependancy to the values dependancy and you are done.
Dont forget to take out that location from the rest of the shipping methods!
