The current Live help feature sends an email internally to the live help application when a message is sent when live help is offline. Only an operator who is logged in can view the message and respond.
Is there a mod to allow an external email to be send at the same time? Would send to the email listed in the admin as: “Help/Support department e-mail address”. This would be in addition to the current method, not necessarily a replacement.
I am the only operator and I don’t have access to the live help application during the day, but can be informed via email.
