export more than 100 products

is there a way to select more than 100 products( default selection) and then export them



I need to be able to export whole categories and right now i export everything and then select the categories i need , and it is time consuming

select your product list then in your address bar you will see you admin address followed by …dispatch=products.manage&items_per_page=100



change the 100 to 500 or whatever
