I have 1.3.4 version and want not to display the events feature at all. How do you do this. Way to many people with alot of time on there hands and just want to fill these up, so I have to delete out daily.

Use manual:

Do not like to reading manuals, only forums. Do not know why but as long as I get a response it is much faster

How can we remove the events but not the gift registry. It doesn’t make any since to me anyway to have the events showing to anyone. I want the gift registry but not the events, so how can we remove just the events from the left menu?

If you would like to remove the “Events” side box, but would not like to disable the “Gift Registry” addon you should replace this line of the code:


{include file="addons/gift_registry/sidebox_giftregistry.tpl"}


with this one:


{* include file="addons/gift_registry/sidebox_giftregistry.tpl" *}

in the “main.tpl” file located in the “skins/[CUSTOMER_ACTIVE_SKIN]/customer” directory of your CS-Cart.
