we are trying to upgrade the cs-cart license from the community to the pro.
we followed the instructions and we are getting errors all the way attached some of them
“Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/lalineec/public_html/lalinebody/var/upgrade/upgrade_3.0.2_community-3.0.2_professional.tgz/uc_override.php on line 2093:”
another error is "warning insufficient disk space to backup the data base:
we have unlimited hosting space
another error " Error the data base tables have not been backed up
please your help needed

I have (nearly exactly) the same problem here, with the same messages, but trying to upgrade from 3.02 to 3.06.

Thank you for your message.
The Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons error occurs because the set_time_limit() PHP function is disabled on your server. I suggest that you should contact your server administrator and ask him/her to enable this function for you.
As regards other errors, they require examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
