Hello,

I am having issues in Layouts. Can not edit any blocks. I get a message within the Admin: Not shown when looking at page source, its more of a pop-up.

ErrorOops, something went wrong (Forbidden). Please try again.

I have CS-Cart 4.3.5 and using Viva Shop theme. Never saw this before.

My host did have a serious problem and my store was down for days. It was restored with a backup. Everything else seems to work. Have received orders and no errors so far on the customer side. No other problems in the Admin.

Any ideas where to look? Permissions changed?

I'd start with clearing cache.

Do you see any new records in the server error logs?

Make sure that mod_security is disabled on the server
