Can anyone give me direction on how to fix this?? Im trying to upload a Picture to one of my catagories

Thanks for that but I need a little bit more help …Would this file be in my File Manager or Legacy file manager in my cpanel??

They both do the same thing, they are just in different format.

Cool and that worked peachy keen thanks but now I get this when adding a picture to a Option product, in Variant, Extra, Server

Can someone here tell me where to go…:slight_smile: to change my file permissions. Do I use my ftp account?



“777 permissions should be set for the “images/variant_image” directory”

Yes, I believe you can change permissions via ftp. It depends on you server what permissions to use but 777 will work on all. Make sure the images folder and all other folders within are 777.
