Error receiving from acquirer - Error at checkout


I’m getting this error at checkout, after the customer has input there details etc - via the payment processors off-site gateway - and after clicking “Pay” - the order fails and I get this error in cs-cart (in the order details),

“Error receiving from acquirer”

I also get this error on the payment processor page -

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You should contact payment processor support team and provide them with the reference from your screenshot. They will provide you with the error details
