Hi,
I put my new site live this week and assigned an SSL.
On viewing the site i noticed i needed to make a small change to one of the products, so i updated the file and went to load it in via the following route Administration>Import data>Products. I selected the file, clicked upload but got the follwoing error message 'File can'be loaded for the specified company'
I have tried doing this a few times, have even closed the strorefront but no luck.
Can anyone help?
