Error After Upgrade 4.9.1 To 4.9.2

Hello,

After upgrading from 4.9.1 to 4.9.2 the upgrade process stopped and when i refresh my website, i get this error and website not working. What should i do to reopen my website.

Try to download installation package for your version from the File area page in CS-Cart Helpdesk and try to replace the app/functions/fn.users.php file
