Enable vendor access to files

I created a folder in “Public files” containing images supposed to be accessible to vendors. However when a vendor tries to access the files from the Products pages in Vendor panel, nothing is visible (image hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB)? File access is enabled for Vendors in the Vendor User Group.

How can I enable access to certain files for vendors?

Please try the

images/companies/VENDOR_ID

directory. Vendor ID can be found on the Manage vendors page
