Hi I have been looking into my add ons and I cannot find the live help feature…how do I enable it? I wanted to test it but I cannot find out how to implement it on the store…thank you

We have a beta version of the “Live Help” add-on which is designed specifically to provide users of a store with on-line assistance.
This module is at its testing stage at the monent and to learn more about it, please refer to the following page of our CS-Cart Community Forums:

Also note that this add-on will be included in CS-Cart version 2.2.1.
